1. Promotion Period
The My Mindful Journey: Share Your Story – And Win! (the “Giveaway”) starts on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM [local time] and concludes on July 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM [local time] (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is available to legal residents of areas where such giveaways are allowed by law, who are at least 18 years old at the time they enter. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Mindfulness United Pty Ltd, along with their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or those residing in the same household, cannot participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter, go to [during the Promotion Period] and fill out the entry form with a valid email address. Each person is limited to one (1) entry. Attempting to submit multiple entries using different email addresses or identities will lead to disqualification.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $200 store credit for Mindful Shop plus a 1-year Mindful Premium subscription. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is $369.00 USD.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be determined through a random drawing held by Mindfulness United Pty Ltd around July 25, 2025, from among all eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period. Winners will receive notification via email within five (5) business days after the draw. If a winner doesn’t respond within seven (7) days of being notified, an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. Prize Delivery
Winners will have their prizes mailed to the address they provide after confirmation. Mindfulness United Pty Ltd is not liable for prizes that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged during shipping. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
7. General Conditions
Mindfulness United Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or change the Giveaway if any forms of fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. By entering, participants release Mindfulness United Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities that may arise from participation or use of the prize.

By submitting, you affirm you have the rights to share this video and that everyone featured in it agrees to its use in this manner.
10. Governing Law
This Giveaway operates under the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard for conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be settled within the courts located in New South Wales.
