1. INSUFFICIENT COMMUNICATION
When you and your partner communicate less, you gradually adjust to living without each other. Taking frequent breaks can accelerate the decline of love.

2. PERSISTENT ARGUMENTS
Ongoing conflicts might lead you to avoid each other to maintain peace, which causes emotional distance between you.

3. ABSENCE OF JOINT ACTIVITIES
While you both may have different careers and interests, lacking shared activities can weaken your connection over time.

4. INFIDELITY
Extramarital affairs divert your attention, causing the love between you to diminish and potentially leading to its end.

5. DEPENDENCIES
Addictions, be it to alcohol, pornography, or even your phone, consume your time, making you prioritize the addiction over your relationship, often without realizing it.

6. OUTSIDE INFLUENCES
Listening to outside parties such as family or friends might lead you to side with them against your partner, creating a rift.

7. LACK OF GRATITUDE
When appreciation is absent, love can become burdensome, and actions may feel obligatory rather than joyful.

8. HOLDING GRUDGES
You can’t truly love while bearing a grudge—holding onto unforgiveness is toxic and detrimental to love.

9. DISTANCE
Both physical and emotional distances can drive a wedge between you; always strive to maintain a close connection as a couple.

10. WORK PRESSURES
When your job demands too much of your energy, you may find it tough to balance that with your romantic life, which may seem less financially rewarding and suffer as a result.

11. BLAMING EACH OTHER
Constant blame and fault-finding can lead to a growing dislike for each other’s company.

12. LACK OF EFFORT
Love requires nurturing and attention; if both partners neglect to invest effort, the relationship will gradually wither.
