In 2015, Alexander Walton came up with a creative idea. He penned a heartfelt short story, placed it in colorful envelopes, and distributed them randomly throughout his city. Each envelope included a small gift symbolizing hope. This initiative, named Find My Story, gained traction and eventually spread worldwide thanks to the generosity and support of many individuals.

Over the next five years, Walton shared three different stories, engaged hundreds of volunteers, sent out thousands of envelopes, and received an overwhelming number of heartfelt responses from those who discovered and opened these envelopes.

This journey inspired The Kind Mind Method, transforming the author’s life in unexpected ways. Walton continues to promote kindness and positivity through his written works and various projects.

Numerous scientific studies over the years have established a clear connection between kindness and mental health. However, there was previously no unified approach to harness this power—until now.

Do you ever feel trapped in your own thoughts? Does anxiety prevent you from connecting with others? Do you struggle with negative thinking? The Kind Mind Method offers a straightforward mental approach to cultivate positivity in all your actions. It has the potential to transform your life in incredible ways and help you stay grounded in the moment like nothing you have experienced before.

Based on validated scientific principles and the power of kindness, Alexander Walton explains how you can achieve this significant change. He outlines clear steps and real-life examples to help you implement and maintain this method in your life. Throughout the book, he explores how this approach provides an alternative way of thinking that you will genuinely want to adopt. By the end, you will learn how to manage any situation effectively and witness your thoughts shift toward positivity and kindness.

Here are a few responses from those who found the Find My Story envelopes:

  • “I discovered your story at the perfect moment in my life, and it truly impacted me.”
  • “Words cannot express how your story affected me… I will cherish this gift until I feel ready to share it.”
  • “THANK YOU for sharing your story and spreading hope. I needed it more than you know, and I’ve kept your gift close ever since.”
  • “Reading your story felt like a warm embrace during a season filled with uncertainty. Your letter arrived at just the right time for me. Thank you profoundly.”
