1) Experiencing negative emotions can be tough, but facing them directly aids significantly in understanding and overcoming them more swiftly.

2) My least favorite emotion is sadness.

3) Intense positive emotions like pure joy or extreme euphoria are rare, but when they do occur, they’re incredibly fulfilling (much better than the artificial happiness from alcohol).

4) It’s essential to acknowledge periods when life isn’t particularly good or bad, but just steady.

5) Life isn’t a constant celebration, nor should it be.

6) Uplifting music can really enhance my mood, and I’ve learned to play it when I’m feeling stuck.

7) I’m still not someone who naturally enjoys physical exercise, but I recognize that my overall well-being improves when I incorporate it into my schedule.

8) I’ve come to realize that yoga is not overrated, contrary to my previous beliefs.

9) I enjoy dancing, especially with props like glow sticks and ribbons.

10) Having a dog significantly enriches your life in many ways.

11) Enjoying 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep most nights is absolutely AMAZING!!

12) Embracing your truth is a sign of strength and courage; no one will criticize you for acknowledging your challenges.

13) It is entirely possible to lead a joyful and fulfilling life without consuming alcohol at all.
